What kind of storyboarding tool do you need?

Just watched a very informative webinar on the why and how of storyboarding on elearningbrothers (with host Andrew Townsend). Even though one could spend up to 30% of your project time on storyboarding, it really saves your bacon when you build the course later. Proper storyboarding gives all stakeholders a thorough idea of what the end product could look like for their timely feedback before you spend time and money building a course your stakeholders don't like.
